Part Time Cashier (NOC 65100)

As a Seasonal Part-Time Cashier, you will provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include operating the cash register, stocking shelves, assisting with light cleaning and food preparation duties, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service to all customers.

• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Assist customers with purchases, product inquiries, and general store questions.

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain clean and organized displays.                               

• Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory.                                                         

• Assist with receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise deliveries.

• Support light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and welcoming store environment.

• Assist with light food preparation and other daily operational tasks as required.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Previous cashier or retail experience is considered an asset.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and organized.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
